Ingredients
- 1 cup Simple Shredded Chicken
- 1/4 cup Pure Pumpkin, canned
- 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Red Onion, chopped small
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- Bread, your choice
- Cream Cheese
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except bread and cream cheese) in a bowl. Mix well.
- Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour (overnight works too).
- Serve in between your favorite slices of bread (toasted) with cream cheese.
