These homemade black bean burgers are one of our faves! I was hesitant at first on how black beans could replace beef, but to be honest, I now prefer them. They’re fairly easy and healthy, but you still feel like you’re indulging in a juicy, beefy burger. The veggie and black bean burgers you find in your local grocery store are okay when you’re in a pinch, but these homemade black bean burgers really elevate black beans to new heights. The bright taste of cilantro highlights the black beans perfectly while adding a bit of color. Make you meal meatless with these delicious, homemade black bean burgers.
