This smoothie for all meals combines the zesty flavor of lime, the nuttiness of peanut butter, and the sweetness of coconut water. Coconut water is an excellent source of potassium and other vital nutrients for hydration. If you’re feeling parched, this coconut water smoothie will quench your thirst and fill your tummy. The antioxidant filled carrots and spinach are just an added bonus. If you’re feeling adventurous, go ahead and add a dash of that hot, red sauce everyone loves, sriracha, for a truly unique coconut water smoothie experience.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes, sweetened
- 1/2 cup Carrots, frozen
- 1/2 cup Spinach, frozen
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Directions
- Add all ingredients in the best blender you own.
- Blend.
